It’s no secret that natural high blood pressure remedies are the safe alternatives to blood pressure medication.  The American Heart Association encourages lifestyle modification to treat the condition and says that “drugs can be useful when diet and exercise fail”.

Think about that for a moment.  The American Heart Association is saying that drugs should be used as the backup system only if changes in lifestyle don’t work.  Are you on blood pressure medication?  Did your doctor share this view with you?
